MeetingMate helps users create AI assistants for meetings, calls, and practice sessions. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

Audio And Meeting Content

MeetingMate processes audio so the assistant can respond during a session. We do not store raw audio recordings. Text, answers, assistant data, and history that the app shows or saves to your account may be stored so you can use the product and review your activity.

How We Use Information

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or netbanking passwords. Razorpay may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to provide the service, process payments, operate infrastructure, comply with law, prevent fraud, or respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account, assistant, billing, and usage records as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and maintain accurate financial records. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or payment reasons.

Your Choices

You can update your account information in the app where available. For access, correction, deletion, or support requests, contact us using the email below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including password hashing, authenticated sessions, server-side billing checks, and payment-provider signature verification. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

MeetingMate is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
